Social Innovation Micro Grant
$50.00Price
SAFE trains youth, teenage mothers, and women with low income to understand business principles and apply them to community needs. Examples includes mama kit businesses, community bakeries that provide nutritionally fortified foods, community gardens that focus on foods rich in nutrients that are deficient in the local diet, etc. Projects range in cost from $50 to $1,000, and require that the applicant present a thoroughly researched budget. You can sponsor one of these micro-grants, and help someone work towards self-sufficiency.
